Lors de mon apprentissage des tranchefiles, je me suis beaucoup documentĂ©e. J’ai constatĂ© qu’il existait peu de manuel complet sur les tranchefiles modernes. L’idĂ©e d’Ă©crire un livre sur les tranchefiles a germĂ© Ă ce moment-lĂ .
Il y a trois ans, je me suis mise Ă l’Ă©crire.
Ce livre est un condensĂ© de tout ce que j’ai pu lire, apprendre et expĂ©rimenter sur la pratique des tranchefiles modernes brodĂ©es Ă la main. Vous trouverez, Ă©galement, l’histoire de la tranchefile en France.

During the time I spent learning the art of headband sewing, I conducted extensive research into this particular practice. I noticed that there was little in the way of a comprehensive manual on modern headband sewing techniques. It was then that I had the idea of writing a book about handsewn headbands.
Three years ago, I began writing this book.
This book is a compilation of everything I’ve read, learned, and experimented with regarding the practice of handsewn modern headbands. It also includes a history of headband sewing in France.
